BXLENCE Hospitality provides luxury hospitality concierge services including but not limited to event curation, venue access, dining reservations, nightlife coordination, and membership programs across Miami and expanding markets. Services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Membership

• Membership tiers (Signature, Elite, Black Card) are subject to approval at BXLENCE's sole discretion.
• Membership benefits may vary by tier and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Membership is non-transferable and for the named individual only.
• BXLENCE reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these Terms or conduct inconsistent with our standards.
• Membership fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Reservations & Bookings

• All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by BXLENCE.
• Cancellation policies vary by venue and event. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
• BXLENCE acts as a concierge and facilitator. Final terms, pricing, and policies for third-party venues are set by those venues.
• No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

6. Code of Conduct

BXLENCE maintains a standard of excellence. By using our Services, you agree to:

• Conduct yourself respectfully at all venues and events facilitated by BXLENCE.
• Comply with all venue-specific dress codes and policies.
• Not engage in any unlawful, disruptive, or offensive behavior.
• Respect the privacy and experience of other guests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of BXLENCE Hospitality or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
